Apartment is situated in the center of place Marina, on the first floor of completely refurbished stone house in vicinity of all services. You will be the only guests in house and owners live in the other house, but they are on your disposal.
It is fully equipped and it consists of: one bedroom with double bed and bathroom, separate toilet , kitchen with living room and dining room from where you exit to balcony that gives you beautiful view to center and partially sea .There is additional space with washing machine by the parking. You can park your car on fenced private parking lot by the house. Apartment is suitable for families with children, young and older people. Max capacity 2+2 persons.
It can be combined with 2 more 2 bedroom apartments in same street.
The owner will wait for you at the arrival day, in meantime you can reach her on phone. Coffee bar is very near the house so you can expect some noise, since house is in the place center summer festivities take place in front of it on the main square few times during summer .

The apartment is situated on the upper house floor(the 2nd) in the family house, giving you a nice sea view and the old Marina tower . It is much bigger than standard apartments so you’ll have a full comfort here. You will have a whole house floor(90 sqm) with separate entrance and 2 balconies ( 10+8 sqm) on your disposal . It is fully equipped, spacious with nice croft, garden with grill. It consists of: two big bedrooms (double and additional sofa bed) with exit to balcony with sea view, bathroom with toilet, kitchen with living room and dinning room also with exit to another balcony with garden view and private fenced parking lot . House is situated in quiet street . All services are reachable on foot, few minutes walk away so car is not needed. Place center is just 70 meters away and sea 100 meters. Nice pebble beach with coffee bar, sun lounge and sun umbrellas ( for rent) is 5 minutes walk away. Place itself is well connected with public transport, Split airport is 15 km away. Bigger towns ( Split, Šibenik) are only 40 km away so there are a lot of possibilities to do some sightseeing, activities or short trips to nearby attractions and islands.

Great for big family
This apartment is situated only 100 m from sea and 80 m from the center on the first house floor. You’ll have a whole first house floor (90sqm) with private entrance and big balcony (50 sqm) on your disposal.
It is fully equipped, spacious with nice croft, garden and grill. It consists of: two bedrooms (1 double bed / 2 single beds -that can be joint or apart ) , 2 bathrooms, kitchen with living( sofa) and dining area which has exit on the balcony.
There is parking for 1 car in front of the house . Place has all services that you might need during your stay on walking distance from house.
There are 2 nice pebble beaches , Tunjara beach and Prališće beach and it will take you few minutes on foot to get on them or if you don’t like to walk you can go with car ( free parking).
If you need transfer we can organize it for you.
Owner lives in house- on disposal if you need something during your stay.
There is one more apartment in the house on the second floor which can be combined with this one.

Place Marina is 15 km from Split airport , 12 km from Trogir, on the half way Šibenik-Split so there are numerous of possibilities for active vacation, sightseeing or short trips around.
